Who, What Is Paisley?
My name is Ami (pronounced like mommy w/out the first m) 😉 and I am the owner/nail tech/lash artist & creator behind Paisley Nail Studio. I originally opened my first studio in October of 2011, back in Northern California. I quickly realized that offering a private studio for clients to feel comfortable and pampered was something that was needed in this industry. The number one thing I would hear from clients, both men and women, was that they really enjoyed the feeling of not being rushed through a service or made to feel like cattle. And also that they felt like their nails were truly being taken care of, in the healthiest way possible. I have 18 years of experience in the beauty industry and my mission with every client is to make sure I provide a quality, healthy and professional experience. I always want to bring an elevated, customized, and relaxing experience to every client that steps into my space. And of course share laughs and fun!
After 10 successful years in business, I closed that studio after meeting my now, husband, and moved here to his home in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. After wading through the craziness of 2020, and finally having my license transferred from Ca to Georgia, I was able to start taking clients again. And now I am fortunate and blessed to have my studio again, here in Tate, inside the beautiful space of The Beauty Bar.
Alongside my studio, I have a small batch bath and body products line and merch business I started, named The Paisley Collective. My handmade products are the same that I use in my studio. I have researched the ingredients to make sure that they are only from American based companies and are suitable and safe to be used on my clients. And that goes for every product I use in my studio, even the ones I don't make myself. Supporting American based small businesses is a true passion of mine and I truly believe we all need to keep our money here at home.

So when I'm not working, or trying to build more streams of income, lol, I love being outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, or cooking, sewing, and crafting. I'm an obsessive gardener and always have plants around me in some capacity! My faith is the reason my husband and I get to do what we love and enjoy the life we have built together. We are dog parents to an adorable American bulldog and a German Shepard, who we spoil both beyond belief.
If you've made it this far, I thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me. Of course any questions you may still have, you can always contact me directly by any of the means listed below. Connecting with new people is something I always look forward to so I can't wait to hear from you!

Blessings always,
Ami
